Jennifer is an international corporate director and strategic transformation executive, with a rich background in governance, sustainable strategy, transformation, and risk management. She is currently President and Founder of Roedding Associates Management Consultants, and serves as an Independent Director for a hydroelectric and solar energy generating company, for a municipal water and wastewater corporation.

Jennifer formerly served as Chair of the Audit, Risk Management and Compliance Committee for OLG, was a strategy and Operations Consulting Partner for an international consulting firm and has been an educator at the post-secondary and professional levels.

Jennifer has significant consulting experience across sectors and served on Boards of Directors across many industries, including energy, telecommunications and technology, health and life sciences, consumer goods, and financial services.

She is an innovative Business Transformation Consultant and Executive Leader with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional results. She values building long-term relationships with her clients, giving them the personal attention they deserve, and guiding organizations to the next level of success.
